Reason the product is recalled Due to a software update, the light module may overheat when the lights are being used. This may cause the scooter's controller or lights to fail and the scooter may shut down. The hazards to consumers If the scooter's controller or lights fail, or the scooter shuts down, there is an increased risk of an accident resulting in injury or death to the rider or bystanders.
