バッテリー交換（無償） バッテリー品番とロット記号をご確認いただき、両方とも一覧に該当する場合が対象品となります。 対象品の場合は、自転車本体からバッテリーを取り外し、充電をしないで周辺に可燃物がない場所で保管してください。

Battery exchange (free of charge). Check the battery's part number and lot code; the battery is affected if BOTH appear in the list. If yours is affected, remove the battery from the bicycle and store it, without charging it, somewhere with nothing combustible nearby.
