対象のバッテリーについて、無償で製品交換を実施します。 下記の対象製品をお持ちの方は、バッテリーを自転車本体から取り外し、周辺に可燃物がない場所に保管するとともに、上記問い合わせ先に速やかにご連絡ください。 なお、保管中はバッテリーの充電を行わないでください。
