ソフトウェアの不具合により、走行に支障が発生することが判明 備考: 不具合の内容：モーターアシスト制御システムのソフトウェアが欧州仕様になっている。アシスト比率が国内既定の内容を超えているため、速度超過など、走行時危険な状態になります。国内で一般公道を走行した場合、道路交通法違反となります。

The assist ratio exceeds what Japanese rules allow, which makes riding dangerous, for example through excessive speed. Riding it on public roads in Japan breaks the Road Traffic Act (道路交通法).
