電動機用電源装置（高電圧バッテリケーブル）の不具合 備考: ■不具合の部位（部品名） 電動機用電源装置（高電圧バッテリケーブル） ■基準不適合状態にあると認める構造、装置又は性能の状況及びその原因 高電圧バッテリケーブルにおいて、当該ケーブルコネクタの端子表面処理及びコネクタの支持スプリング荷重が不適切なため、段差乗り越え時に車体下部が干渉した際、端子が摺動して摩耗することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、端子が酸化し、抵抗が増大して導通不良となり、システム警告灯が点灯して走行不能となるおそれがある。

Notes: ■ Location of the defect (part name) Power supply for the electric motor (high-voltage battery cable) ■ The structure, device or performance found not to conform to the standard, and its cause In the high-voltage battery cable, the surface treatment of the cable connector's terminals and the load of the connector's support spring are inappropriate, so when the underside of the vehicle strikes something while going over a step, the terminals can slide and wear. If use continues, the terminals may oxidise and their resistance rise, causing poor conduction; the system warning lamp may then light and the vehicle become unable to move.
