後輪サークル錠を解除した際にハンドルロックの解除が不完全となり、場合によってはハンドルの引っ掛かりが発生し、最悪の場合、転倒して怪我をするおそれがあることが判明 備考: ■後輪サークル錠を施錠すると同時にハンドルロックがかかるタイプの施錠装置「一発二錠」において、ハンドルロック部に精度の悪い部品が一部混入している可能性があり、精度の悪い部品が装着された車両においては、後輪サークル錠を解除した際にハンドルロックの解除が不完全となり、場合によってはハンドルの引っ掛かりが発生し、最悪の場合、転倒して怪我をするおそれがあることが判明したため。

It was found that when the rear-wheel ring lock is released, the handlebar lock may not release completely, so the handlebar can catch and, at worst, the rider may fall and be injured. Notes: ■ In the 「一発二錠」 locking device, which locks the handlebar at the same moment as the rear-wheel ring lock is locked, imprecise parts may have got into some handlebar locks. On a vehicle fitted with an imprecise part, releasing the rear-wheel ring lock may leave the handlebar lock not fully released, so the handlebar can catch and, at worst, the rider may fall and be injured.
