What to do

Immediately stop using your bike. Check your fork serial number. You can find the serial number on the outer side frame ofthe left rear dropout or the bike's downtube. If the third character of your bike serial number is:• H, J or K – return your bike to an authorised Giant dealer for a free fork replacement.• G – return your bike to an authorised Giant dealer for further inspection, and if necessary, a free fork replacement Contact Giant by email or phone if you are unable to return the product or have sold or gifted it to another person
